: Excellent opportunity to provide a generalist HR service at a senior level. Based in Portsmouth you will providing a professional 'hands on' advisory service to specific areas of the business. This will include implementing HR and training policies and procedures, facilitating performance management, attending regular operational meetings, offering salary advise and dealing with recruitment at a senior level. The successful applicant will have 5 years of hands on HR specifically experience of faciliting managers into developing staff and experience of dealing with complex employee relations issues. They will have a initiative and drive and have a pragmatic approach along with a capability of self management.
