Our Client, arguably Londons finest independent health club, requires a talented and professional Health and Fitness Manager to run its Fitness Operation. As the leading industry site, they require the highest calibre candidates. Key responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the gym operation. This includes recruiting and training gym staff, maximising personal training sales. Key accountabilities are listed below: - To ensure maximum effectiveness in all areas of the gymnasiums operations. To optimise operating profit through the maximising personal training sales. To facilitate the fitness operations within the club including the gym, personal training studio and pool classes. To ensure rotas, booking systems, Personal Training, studio statistics and operation reports are completed accurately and on time. Candidate Requirements: Will have previous management experience in a similar environment. Will have relevant fitness qualifications.
