Our international client is a world leader in advanced power management technology, and they are now searching for aFailure Analysis Engineer to work on IC / hybrid module products. A strong background in electrical characterization andIC circuit knowledge will be required as well as in depth failure analysis experience (SEM, FIB, cross sectioning).Desired Qualifications are:- Strong understanding of IC physics and power MOSFETS- Familiar with chemical and physical preparation techniques (grinding, FIB, SEM, etching)- Familiar with high volume semiconductor manufacturing environment- BSc Electrical Engineering / Device Physics degree or equivalent.Please contact us for additional information.
