Description:

The role will involve: -Liaising with Senior Management globally & assessing financial, operational & strategic riskDeveloping projects, assigning team resources to these projects & overseeing to completionManaging teams both directly from the UK offices & also leading teams from other offices across the globeLocal personnel management including recruiting & developing new staffExperience in meeting Sarbanes-Oxley requirements in a large enterprise, & strong consulting & communications skills areessential, as are strong change management, coaching & leadership development skills Fluency in multiple languages ispreferable as is 10 + years of diverse experience acquired through consulting, strategic business planning, productplanning, public accounting, or financial management. Six Sigma Analysis or similar skills (certification preferred) arerequired
