: Leadership & management exp. Capability for conceptual understanding of electromechanical systems. Direction of junior engineers & technicians. Experimental investigation & design of experiments. Presentation & analysis of data. Exp of Taguchi, robust design, FMEA, FAST diagrams, Pugh, Critical Parameters, computer modelling, labview or data capture, electronics and development of test equipment useful, but not essential. Able to multi-task. Degree level education in Engineering or Physics.
