Description:

The role will involve developing a team of ecologists and responsibility for the management of a diverse range ofecological projects as well as the ongoing management of staff. Other duties will include habitat and species surveys andextensive client liaison to give advice and support on ecological issues and promote a high quality, integrated service.Applicants must have at least a first degree in Ecology and a related postgraduate degree would be an advantage. Aminimum of 3 years experience as a professional ecologist is essential as are proven survey and project managementskills. Applicants should be a Member of the MIEEM and have the ability to lead a team of dedicated ecologists.
