Our Manchester based client is a pioneering IT Services organisation, a global Plc with an enviable track record of success within the Public and private sectors. There now exists a key role for a Senior Developer to join an established team developing bespoke solutions for major UK customers, focused around .NET technologies. The prime responsibility of this role will be to design, develop and maintain software for new and existing systems. This will involve creating program code to agreed specifications - taking account of the most appropriate toolset and programming standards. As our ideal candidate you will possess a knowledge of .NET, C#. SQL Server and n-tier development. Additional experience in Visual Basic, C++, ASP.Net and Oracle will be beneficial. This position will also provide the opportunitiy to mentor and lead less senior developers within the team so any prior expertise in this area is welcome.Salary range from GBP 30-38k + Substantial benefits including contributory pension and health scheme.
