The Role:As well as having the opportunity to broaden your experience of designing internet systems to include new cutting edgetechnologies, you'll be one of the team shaping Orange's Internet Presence by understanding the customer needs andtranslating them into the delivery of advanced services.The Portal Services team within Orange UK is responsible for the design of key Orange Internet Services and in additionto producing technical requirements specifications, you'll be involved at all stages of the process from initial concept,through design, development, test and live deployment.Must Haves:To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:- Solid experience of working with Internet Services in a Business Critical Enterprise environment.- Several years' experience of System Architecture or Design in a J2EE environment.- Proven experience of the Full Project Lifecycle.Nice to Haves:It would be great if you could also offer:- Experience of successfully delivering projects using offshore resources.- IBM Websphere experience, particularly Application Server and Portal Server.- Experience of industrial strength Web Analytics software packages (especially WebTrends).The Department:You'll be joining the Portal Services team.
