Description:

This is a Senior Management position reporting directly to the MD and forming part of the four man management team of thecompany. The position is responsible for the management of design, production and systems engineers as well as fieldbased technical support engineers. Equally important is direct liaison and support with major customers.There is a considerable amount of travel with the role; the bulk of the design function is outsourced in Europe and themanagement of field based engineers and support with major customers all require face to face visits.Candidates will require a solid mix of technical and design management ability, customer facing skills and strategicvision.
