A leading Cost Consultancy is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor in their growing Bristol office. You will get involved in major schemes / projects in the commercial, leisure, retail, health and educations sectors.You ideally have the following attributes / qualifications:-Over three years experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager-Hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying or related degree / diploma-Have a professional membership; MRICS, MCIOB, etc-Be capable of managing schemes from GBP 10m and above-Have good quality project experience of major projectsOn offer are excellent prospects to progress quickly from Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor up to Associate and then ultimately Director within a short timescale.
