A leading Cost Consultancy is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor in their busy London Government team. You will get involved in two major schemes, both of which are working for Central Government on sensitive but very interesting projectsYou ideally have the following attributes / qualifications:-Over three years experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager-Hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying or related degree / diploma-Have a professional membership; MRICS, MCIOB, etc-Be capable of managing central government schemes from GBP 20m and above-Have good quality project experience in the Government and Commercial sector, ideally with experience of PFI projectsOn offer are excellent prospects to progress quickly from Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor up to Associate and then ultimately Director within a short timescale.
