ClientOne of the UKs leading telecommunications turnkey service providers offering acquisition, design, construction andproject management services.RoleSenior Construction Manager required to manage the activities of the regional build department.Responsibilities Management of Construction Managers to ensure compliance with H&S, QA and departmental KPIs. Ensuring all H&S legislation is adhered to. Monitoring contractor and sub contractor performance and auditing sites. Program management and updating of reporting systems. Ensuring sites are built to budget, management of variations and liaison with QS function. Provision of support to all members of the construction department. Engineering solutions to site difficulties. Chairing monthly construction department meetings.
