GBP 35,000 to GBP 55,000 per year

Description:

Establishing and implementing, ongoing, all post contract commercial and procurement management and reporting systems and procedures and managing supply staff as necessary. Evaluating and managing all contractual risks and working with Project Managers and Site Agents to maximise commercial benefits of all contracts. Establishing and managing all post contract commercial and procurement systems and procedures. Developing organisation, training and communicating with all staff accordingly. Reviewing McNicholas Group systems, software and procedures in respect of 1) for adaptation. Maintaining functional communications with Group. Risk management, review of tender documentation. Identifying and selecting, in conjunction with project management, commercial management ongoing. Formalising agreements and undertaking appropriate sub-contractors. Working with Management to plan, forecast and subsequently report project commercial performance. Consolidating individual contract reports into monthly management accounts, working with our clients Finance section. Forecasting and managing cash flow. Working with Management maximising commercial benefit of all contracts, effectively managing contract variations.
