: Exciting prospect for an experienced Commercial Manager to work within a leading global organisation. As an important member of the commercial team you will be part of the LTPA Partnering Team in the commercial function. The team are responsible for managing the contract, reporting to the customer, dealing with amendments, Other Works Approvals, Special Events and other contract management issues. Also dealing with partnering issues and attending customer meetings. Contract drafting and legal issues raised on the contract. Ad hoc commercial tasks as and when required Key Accountabilities: Reviewing and managing Other Works Approvals Reviewing and managing Special Events Providing commercial support on large LTPA projects as required Customer and management reporting Managing the customer interface and managing any commercial issues Working with team members and internal customers Carrying out commercial tasks as and when required contract drafting
