: I am working closely with one of the worlds largest pharmaceutical services companies. For over two decades, they have played a key role in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries by partnering with clients to accelerate time-to-market, control development costs, reduce risk, and maximize return on investment. They are now looking to recruit a Senior Clinical Research Associate to perform the clinical monitoring aspect of designated projects at a local or international level in accordance with SOPs. As Regional CRA or Primary CRA (particularly on bigger, more complex studies) responsibilities will include managing clinical monitoring activities and liasing with project management and the sponsor (if appropriate) to ensure that the clinical deliverables are met. In this role, you will also lead the clinical team to ensure that the clinical deliverables are met, function as mentor and role model for other CRA team members to ensure study specific training for CRAs and that the sites are effectively managed.
