Use a strategic selling approach to identify, target and penetrate FTSE 100 organisations with needs appropriate thecompanys services and products. Link capabilities with the clients business issues and strategic objectives. Develop territory and account plans to generate sales in assigned accounts or territory through direct sales andmarketing events. Create and write client proposals in partnership with senior sales and delivery resources. Deliver presentations in partnership with senior sales and delivery resources. Achieve sales targets as agreed based on business metrics. Work with senior line management and Human Resource executives in the client organisation to identify opportunitiesthat will improve the client organisations performance. Build relationships with multiple buyers within an account. Maintain a high level of understanding of the business trends and issues facing all key industries in assignedterritory.Skills -Sales experience in business issues selling environment.Self starter; able to work on own initiative.Self directed.Must be comfortable working with multi-line service offerings.Emphasis on selling intangibles to corporations. |
