: Projects will involve social housing new build projects with values ranging from GBP 5 30 million in value. The Senior Buyer duties will consist mainly of: -Sub Contract Procurement -Tender Analysis -Supply Chain Negotiation Our client is flexible on salary, which will be considered on the amount of relevant experience the successful candidate has in the industry. The candidate will go above the proposed salary to secure the right candidate. The full package will include basic salary, car or allowance, pension and healthcare. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years buying experience with an established main contractor. Proven experience on social housing new build projects is essential.
