The position will require you to deliver projects within budget, scope and quality framework, resolve any issues andproblems within the set service level targets, guide a team of professionals in delivering optimal services forsupporting the solution, act as an IT Process Champion for the PLM team and manage relationships with the vendorssupporting the solutions.The company has a matrix hierarchy and the position does not involve Direct Line Management, however there are futurecareer opportunities which could include becoming Head of a Competence Centre within the Global IT group.Required Skills: 8+ years IT industry experience (including 3+ years of project management and managing teams), strongknowledge of product creation processes, ability to translate business requirements in to cost efficient IT solutions,ability to manage customer expectations and external resource teams, strong communication skills for interacting at alllevels, ability to think strategically and have clear vision of sophisticated subjects.The PLM Business Solution Manager will be located in Southern Germany with occasional international travel required.Fluent English language is essential as 90% of all business is conducted in English.
