Description:

The Senior Business Analyst leads the company focused analysis for internal efficiency measures, real estate strategy,merger, divestment, acquisition and restructuring. The role also requires strategic planning and management of theGraduate Scheme. Co-ordinate and oversee Corporate efficiency initiatives Responsible for analysis of physical and infrastructure strategies including Site Strategy. Cost Centre Analysis Lead role in Analysis for all mergers, acquisitions, divestments and restructuring Analysis within key changes programmes championed through the company Providing key inputs for policies and planning recommendations to the Executive Team Makes best suited recommendations to the Executive Board with justifications Assists the Executive Board in organisational analysis, strategic and development planning analysis, and providekey information on business model Ability to adapt to change and take on extra responsibilities as instructed by the company executive board Lead all Graduate recruitment activity. Strategic development and implementation of the company Graduate Scheme objectives and goals.The successful candidate will be professionally qualified; have strong experience of reporting timely and accuratefinancial and management information to Board level; and good supervisory/management experience, or at least be lookingto develop their management skills.
