Principal responsibilities include:- Managing client & third party relationships from initial set up meetings, liaising with other accountants, to on goingservice issues: building trust and monitoring service standards- Providing accounting solutions through knowledge of UK GAAP & UK tax to ensure clients manage their business in themost tax efficient manner.- Profitable development of business by assisting in the winning of new clients: cross selling additional services &introducing other service lines: securing ongoing & recurring work from clients.- Managing Business Services team to ensure appropriate standards are maintained.- Managing value & avoiding risk through timely planning & resourcing, appropriate researching & billing work inprogress.The ideal candidate will be ACA / ACCA qualified with 4 years PQE & possess excellent communication skills, ability toliaise with people at all levels, & sound IT skills
