Educated to degree level in a relevant science subject. Candidates will have a proven track record andfive years experience in the asbestos industry.We are now offering a good opportunity for an experienced Lead Asbestos Surveyor/Project Manager to move into a SeniorManagement position within the asbestos division of an and scientific company that has research and service laboratoriesbased all over the UK. The companys asbestos division over the last few years has shown continued success and they arenow looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to run the office and site work.The candidate will be responsible for the management of a team of asbestos surveyors and analysts working on projectsthroughout the UK. As the Senior Project Manager you will have full control over recruitment, training and mentoringstaff. You will oversee all large projects and must be experienced in client relationships and carrying out businessdevelopment. Other duties will include getting involved in the UKAS accreditation system.It is foreseen that the successful candidate will hold the Certificate of Operational Competence in asbestos, along withthe P402 qualification. You will have been educated to degree level standard in a relevant science subject.
