: The practice has a respected reputation for quality and design, especially within the residential sector, from which the majority of the work will be focused on both on an individual client basis and volume build design for contractors. The ideal candidate will show strong skills and knowledge in the residential and commercial markets and be adept in the use of AutoCAD, primarily 2D use. We are looking for candidates with at least 5- 10 years post qualification experience with either an HNC or as a member of BIAT. As a member of a large practice with a lively environment, you will need to present good communication skills, work as part of a team, have an eye for detail and be able to contribute at all stages of a project. The practice offers strong pay with yearly profit related bonuses, along with a group pension scheme making the practice boast a low staff turnover. As a Senior Architectural Technician, the prospects of career enhancement within the practice would be open to the candidate depending on their on going success. NB.
