: Experience within the Social Housing sector would be preferred as most projects will be focused upon this area but a good knowledge of both Residential and Education would also be strongly considered. Projects are small in size but many, with the average cost being around GBP 50k. Therefore the ideal candidate will need to have at least 5 years PQE, efficient, detailed in their work and have a pro-active approach. This is an ideal job for someone looking for their first senior role or for a contract Architectural Technician who can demonstrate their capabilities as both a leader and a skilled Technician. Candidates should be expected to send in examples of their Folio with proof of past projects along with their CV.
