An exciting position has arisen within a dynamic company based in Camberley. As a Senior Analyst/Manager, you will be responsible for:*Manage the administration of EMEA HR systems involving the development, implementation, administration and maintenance of a European Shared Services Centre.*Participate in the selection, deployment and ongoing relationship with external payroll provider across EMEA.*Responsible for processing company payroll in EMEA and ensures accurate data entry of payroll data into SAP, as well as all critical SAP HR Transactions across EMEA including New Hire Data Entry, Corrections Processing, and Change of Status processing.*Will be required to conduct research, compile statistics and prepares analysis on employee and payroll data. *Works with external vendors to develop, administer, design new or modify existing programs or systems. *Ensures integrity of HR databases and provides HRIS systems support to HR Business Partners. *Be the subject matter expert on SAP HR process and provide training and documentation for EMEA HR staff*Generates and responds to enquiries regarding paychecks. *Manage one or two data entry analysts and/or /Sales compensation administrator*Responsible for EMEA Sales comp adminThe successful applicant will have:*Experience in Human Resources and Payroll administration is strongly preferred. *Proven project management experience. *Organisational with strong attention to detail, Team-oriented, Time management and priority setting, Knowledge of HR practices in EMEA. *Knowledge of various software (SAP HR, MS Office, SABA, Access). *Candidate must be detail-oriented, analytical and accurate. Strong verbal and written communication skills required.*The candidate will need strong relationship building skills in order to acquire trust of business partners. *Must exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices.*French or German or some other European language could be an advantage *HS diploma required, BA/BS preferred*3-4 years experience in HR or Payroll customer service or administration (SAP HR exp preferred)Dont miss out!
