Description:

Our client is a leading market information company. This role is within the Marketing Services division helping to serve a number of Blue Chip clients in the Telecoms sector. The Marketing Services division conducts continuous retail audits on the following Consumer Durables markets: Consumer Electronics; Photo; Information Technology; Telecoms; Optics; Office Equipment and DIY/Gardening. The retail data is provided by most of the key UK retailers and aggregated into market reports that are purchased by Blue Chip Companies.The Telecoms Panel tracks the sales of products such as Domestic Telephones, Mobile Phones, Mobile Phone Tariffs and Mobile Phone Accessories. The Telecoms team is responsible for the servicing of existing clients, identifying new customers as well as managing the relationship with Telecom Specialist retailers. This position is key role within the team and responsible for high level of servicing of all existing clients and retailers as well as striving to find new leads to maximise revenue. Additionally this role is responsible for the quality and management of processes for defined product groups within the Telecom Retail Panel. Whilst a degree would be an advantage it is not essential whereas the candidates outlook and approach to work are.&# XX ; Work Experience: Overall 3-4 years work experience is essential in an account management role servicing Blue Chip clients. Experience of Telecom sector would be a distinct advantage.
