To develop & manage profitable business relationships with designated intermediaries, successfully negotiating transactional cases in support of the overall business strategy. The successful candidate will have man management responsibility of a team of Account Executives across both Glasgow & Belfast branch offices (circa 5 inCdividuals): Manage the Account Executives day to day delivery, performance management and assessment. Drive the sales activity throughout Belfast/Glasgow by maximizing the impact of Account Executives. ACII qualified or progress towards.5 years experience in an external/market facing role. Highly effective negotiation skills. Decisive, articulate & results driven individual.
