Our Client is investors of people and is committed todeveloping and improving the skills of their engineers.You will have or be able to demonstrate the following: City & Guilds Qualified Two years experience in the Fire & Security industry. Excelling in the use of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Perimeter Protection and Fire Systems Extensive product knowledge with systems such as PAC, Northern, Galaxy, Menvier, JVC, Panasonic and Gent Worked with a NACOSS approved company Excellent customer relationship management A self-starter who is willing to develop himself or herself UK driving licenceResponsibilities: Responsible for servicing Access Control and CCTV Carry out service of systems Liaising directly with clients on specific problems Maintaining good customer relationships Completing system documentation and providing engineering reports Complying to British Standards and Health and Safety requirements at all times Advice the Area Supervisor of any operational problems Willing to learn new skills and product knowledge on the jobOur client is a NSI Gold company upholding a reputation of professionalism and quality customer care.
