*******Loss Prevention & SecuritySecurity Operations Support ExecutiveCheshunt, HertfordshireThis is a permanent role, based in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire.Working as part of our team as an officer on our Loss Prevention & Security Helpdesk, you will work on a shift-rota basis for which a shift premium is paid.The team covers 24 hours a day,7 days a week, 365 days per year to offer the following: - Support to our regional Loss Prevention team & Senior Management, to manage security related & criminal incidents. - Support in dealing with any crisis management situations that arise.In addition, you will be capturing and evaluating security and criminal intelligence information to determine the correct escalation process to ensure timely and effective action.You will also operate our alarm response system.Skills/Experience required: - Good written & verbal communication skills - Ability to make decisions, weighing up all available information & advising others in correct course of action - Computer literate, familiar with standard computer software packages and e-mail - Previous experience in a security/retail/helpdesk or central station environment preferred - Excellent interpersonal skills required and ability to work in a team is essential**********
