Responsibilities will also include setting targets for the team, monitoring performance and providing feedback andsupport to the team, training and development of the team as well as ensuring that security controls are in place.Candidates will be required to have previous team management experience preferably within the financial services industry- although this is not essential. You will also have experience of meeting and achieving targets and deadlines andpossess excellent communication skills.You must have a valid driving licence.In return our client will offer a salary of GBP 12k to GBP 14k basic with a 44% bonus scheme along with a company car,excellent career progression, pension, life assurance and share save incentive scheme.
