My client are a new and fast growing recycling company working UK wide from 4 locations around the country. They startedtrading in 2003 & now have contracts with large and prestigious customers some of which are blue chip with varied levelsof dry recyclable waste.They provide a service that is lucrative for both my client and their customer because they buy dry waste and sell it onto companies who can utilize such material. They have contracts with recyclers to buy this material and it is neverstored or handled by my client.They pride themselves on providing a one stop shop for the disposal of all dry waste that earns money instead of costsmoney.Further to this they also sell equipment such as balers & storage bins to help manage the waste and prepare it forcollection.My client have a new vacancy for an ambitious, hard working and experience Sales Manager. In time the role will developinto a senior role with plenty of responsibilities.Initially the role will manage 1 sales staff, however it is projected 3-4 external sales staff will be recruited by theend of the year. The role will be based in Gloucestershire and therefore someone fairly local would be beneficial.The creation of this new role is to allow the MD to concentrate on developing the company in other areas, whist corebusiness is fully taken care of.The main focus of the role is to sell the companies services to business around the UK And develop a sales team.Customers maybe Construction, Universities, Councils, Blue-Chip companies etc but generally the larger companies seemost benefit financially due to the level of recyclable waste.As the role is UK wide, there will be a fair amount of traveling involved.Requirements:Ideally a waste/recycling back ground.Sales and sales management experienceHunger, ambition and drive to grow this already established businessPackage:Circa GBP 20k, though will include a generous profit share scheme(company employ an open book accounting policy & basic canbe re-negotiated at the end of the year and as the business develops)Bonus/profit shareCar or allowanceIf you believe you have the right skills for this exciting and challenging role, please forward your CV immediatelyHammond Recruitment currently has positions for staff of all disciplines and all UK Locations.
