Description:

Sales Manager, Account Management, Power Supply Systems /AC-DC supplies, DC-DC Suppliers , 35-40K basic, Rochester, Kent, ME2, Uncapped OTE with accelerators, Account Development. My client is a specialist power solution provider based at their head office in Rochester, Kent. Their aim is to offer high quality, technically advanced products at competitive prices along with good customer service. They are active in and have suitable products for most sectors of the electronics industry including Telecoms, Networking, Datacoms, Broadcast, Control & Instrumentation, Medical Electronics, Industrial Machines, Radio Systems, Test Equipment, "COTS" Military/Avionics, Printing, Displays and many more. As such they are looking for a Sales Manager to to grow the business in all market sectors selling their range of AC-DC Power Supplies as well as DC-DC Convertors. The idea is to grow the size of the company through consistent revenue streams giving the Sales Manager the opportunity to become a Sales Director growing a team of sales people around him. As a Sales Manager you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and will be relied upon to source new business by generating and converting leads into concrete sales selling AC-DC Power Supply Solutions / DC-DC converters across all market spaces with a strong focus on the Telco, Military and Industrial space. You will be speaking to Design Engineers on a daily basis. You will be required to professionally manage and grow existing enterprise accounts and develop new accounts with the objective of securing sales of my Business Continuity products. As well as covering the initial stages of the sales cycle, you will also be involved with face-to-face customer contact both on and off site. This will include demonstrations and presentations of my client's products. With a consultative approach to sales you will engage the decision makers with a solution based ethos able to integrate your technology offering directly into their organisation infrastructure. For this role you are required to have a minimum of 2 years Technical sales experience selling Successful track record in selling: - * Power Supply Products / business continuity software * Drect to end-user or indirect via channel partners * At senior management level / Design and Technical Engineers * To medium/large enterprises Effective presentation, time management and negotiation skills. PC literate (Word, Excel, Maximizer, Internet), diplomatic, tenacious, motivated ambitious with excellent int.
