Description:

Sales Manager, Account Management, Power Supply Solutions , 30-40K basic, Reading, Berkshire, RG8, Uncapped OTE with accelerators, Account Development. My client provides power supply solutions to the electronics industry. Power supplies take the relatively high voltage alternating current supply from the mains and convert it into various lower voltage, stable direct current outputs required to drive electronic equipment. All electronic equipment requires a power supply. Their customers are original equipment manufacturers who can be characterized as having expertise in their particular area, whether it be medical devices, communications or industrial automation, but generally do not have in-house power supply expertise. My client provides this expertise, assisting customers to design-in, from an extensive range of products, a suitable power supply that meets their customers' costs and technical requirements. Technical requirements often involve helping the customer meet the relevant equipment safety standards that operate in their particular industry such as medical or telecom standards as well as EMC (Electro-Magnetic Compatibility). Due to their success in the market space and their ability to secure themselves as the market leader in the power supply industry, they are seeking to recruit exceptional top performing sales Managers (ideally from their major competitors Lambda & Astec to drive the business forward selling into the Manufacturing space. As a Sales Manager you will be Reporting directly to the Sales Director and will be relied upon to source new business by generating and converting leads into concrete sales selling Power Supply Solutions to the Manufacturing market spaces. You will be required to professionally manage and grow existing enterprise accounts and develop new accounts with the objective of growing and sustaining future business. As well as covering the initial stages of the sales cycle, you will also be involved with face-to-face customer contact both on and off site. This will include demonstrations and presentations of my clients products. With a consultative approach to sales you will engage the decision makers with a solution based ethos able to integrate your technology offering directly into their organisation infrastructure. For this role you are required to have a minimum of 2 years Technical Design sales experience selling Successful track record in selling: - * Power Supply solutions * direct to end-user or indirect via channel partners * at senior management level *
