Surrey based sales role selling Corporate Hospitality / Corporate Event Management into the Corporate Market space. Sales Manager, New Business, Corporate Hospitality / Corporate Event Management, Surrey, RH4, 25-30k basic, uncapped OTE, Account Development, National role. My client is one of the UK's leading event management organisations. Their goal is to assist companies build relationships, be more successful and become more productive and profitable through internal and external event solutions. When it comes to outstanding special events, we have a sixth sense for creating, managing and delivering the exceptional. From Xmas parties to summer parties to management training, they understand exactly how to get the very best from corporate communication, incentives, team-building and entertainment. Having had a continued stint of success over the past couple of years, they are now seeking to add to their already successful sales team by recruiting for a New Business Development Manager. Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be relied upon to source new business by generating and converting leads in to concrete sales selling Corporate Hospitality, Event Management, Conferences etc into the corporate market space. You will be speaking to Senior Marketing Directors on a daily basis. Whilst there will be a small level of account Management, the bulk of your daily workload will be generating new business, cold calling, face to face client visits etc. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years sales experience within a Corporate Hospitality / Event Management background and a proven track record of over achieving sales targets. You must be a 'Heavy Hitter' and a clear communicator with the sales drive to see a challenging sale through from start to finish. The fortunate individual will enjoy a 25 - 35K (neg) base salary with a lucrative commission structure based on performance which is uncapped with accelerators.
