Our client, a leading Health & Fitness Operator with over 50 clubs in the UK and Internationally, require a Sales and Marketing Manager for their club in the Birmingham area. This is a senior level position and you must have a minimum of 2 years sales management experience. I am looking for a motivated and target driven individual with a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for ensuring that all membership Enquiries from prospects and current members are dealt with and responsible for monitoring the sales teams performance. Key responsibilities include:Work closely with the club manager and Health and Fitness manager in assessing promotion plans to maximise sales and marketing opportunities.To implement, oversee and promote the membership scheme dealing with customer care, public relations policies including liaison through enquiries, complaints and suggestions.Ensure receipt of correct membership payments and process in required way as documented within the membership administration manual.To provide General Manager with accurate and detailed membership information on sales achieved, income generation, future targets and levels of attrition. Chair weekly and monthly site sales meetings for feedback, direction and training.Design and implement effective prospecting, networking and referral schemes.To develop Corporate Sales within the local business community.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some management experience to develop their skills.
