Description:

Sales Manager required by our Colchester based client situated near the Essex/Suffolk border. This is a very seniormanagement position that will suit someone with experience as a sales director/managing director.You will directly manage the expanding sales and consultants team, this involves training, mentoring and leading byexample. You will recruit and train further people as you grow the success of the division. You must have a proven trackrecord of increasing revenue and profitability within a company or division, making high value capital sales ofaccounting software (i.e Sage, Iris/Exchequer or pegasus) and have good working knowledge of accounts software andbusiness processes. You should already be a successful manager of a sales team, including training, measuring andmentoring. This role will see you working with a team of top professionals and your career will ever expand.
