With offices all across United Kingdom and being very well known for providing quality products and outstanding service they definitely have a competitive edge within sales, they are looking for someone to tender for their dominance in the Midlands. Our Client is looking for the best people within the Idustry, If you feel suited to the role but not the location then please apply as they will create a role for the right person. This role entails the promotion of all timber flooring and extra products into existing and new markets within a specified territory in Midlands. You will be maintaining relationships with existing clients aswel as developing new relationships with new clients such as Architects, Specifiers and Developers. Also increasing sales levels to all market sectors in order to achieve overall sales growth compared with the previous year (according to annual sales plans set with Sales Manager). The successful applicant will ideally come from a competitor in the industry, selling timber flooring in to the commercial marketplace with a formidable network of contacts with Architects, builders and developers. They will also consider anyone with a proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales of commercial kitchens, office fitouts, recreation equipment to councils, street furniture and floor coverings or any product that may be selling into the same market. You must have excellent communication skills and be successful at developing and maintaining relationships both internally and externally. If you have a desire to succeed and "make a difference", coupled with enthusiasm and a strong customer focus then this is the role for you. The salary package is negotiable depending on experience but it will be in the ballpark of GBP 25k - 30k base, plus a car and a very lucrative commission structure awarding you for all your achievements.
