My Client specialises in turbomachinery applications, with a core competency in 5-axis milling. This is a company that isa supplier of choice to major aerospace and industrial turbomachinery projects, and also develops and sells specialisedsoftware for 5-axis machining.They currently have a requirement for a Sales Engineer who will be required to cover the UK therefore, you have theoption of working from home and visiting head office once a week.You will convert existing Sales Leads and contacts into regular business.Develop existing client relationships to increase the rate of return business.To generate high specification/high value proposals and see these through to close.You will work with Clients and prospects to understand their business objectives and requirements and to design solutionsto meet those needs. To produce detailed, accurate written quotations which emphasise the benefits of the solution beingoffered.Skills:Proven successful track record of New Business Sales.Sound knowledge of manufacturing machined components.Experience of selling to Aerospace & Turbomachinery companies.Commercial awareness.Good Communicator.Person Profile:Experience with Product and Solution Sales is essential.The ability to be able to demonstrate experience and success of selling in a commercial environment against agreedtargets.Suitable candidates will be proactive by nature and will enjoy promoting a good team ethos, and working under pressure tomeet deadlines and targets.
