Job no: 1.301 Sales DirectorBased in Surrey, the Company is a leading sign-maker, supplying made to order signs to the UK retail, sport & leisure,commercial and construction industry.The Company now requires someone with substantial selling experience in the bespoke signage market, to join the businessas Sales Director in a sales development role, eventually, with a view to becoming the next MD.Ideal candidate:Proven track record of sales achievement in the bespoke signage market.Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.Already exceeding sales targets in current role.Ambitious and wants to progress to the very top.Remuneration:While salary is negotiable, there is an uncapped OTE with share options also available.The Role The Companys sales are currently managed by the existing two Directors of the Company - both Directors want to retirewithin 5 years and have commenced their succession planning. There will be two elements: firstly to bring an existing portfolio of contacts and customers, supporting oneselfthrough turnover growth, and secondly, to assimilate into the Company culture and begin the gradual process of takingover the reins from the retiring Managing Director.
