GBP 55,000 to GBP 100,000 per year (upto GBP 55k basic, GBP 100k+ OTE)

Description:

Reporting into the Group CEO, the Sales Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of new and existing accountsales including;Presenting to prospective customers, responding to tenders and negotiating contractsIdentifying new routes to marketDirecting, managing and mentoring the in-house telemarketing and field sales staffUp-selling into existing accounts and cross-selling into other group accountsLiaising with consultants and practice managers to implement services and coordinate account development activitiesInfluencing marketing campaignsExpanding the sales areaEnsuring that revenue targets are consistently achievedManaging relationships with a small/select number of partnersSkills / CriteriaAt least 5 successful years in a senior sales role, where you have consistently achieved targetExperience of selling enterprise-level IT services or solutions (ideally outsourcing / applications management inOracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards or similar field)Previous team-leading or management responsibilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong entrepreneurial and leadership skillsSound knowledge of the IT market place and industry trendsBusiness and profit orientatedProactive and self motivatedContact Paul McTeague immediately with your CV.
