Description:

- Work as part of a team in store this Christmas.- Provide excellent customer service.- Work within Superdrugs policies, procedures and guidelines.Helping the store team maximise Christmas sales opportunities by ensuring stock is available on the shelves forcustomers, the stores look great and the customers are served by knowledgeable, helpful staff.- May be trained to operate a computerised till, counting and handling cash, credit cards, cheques, and gift vouchertransactions.- Unload deliveries from rolling cages, distributing stock into warehouse and shop floor.- Open and replenish stock onto shelves to ensuring maximum stock availability at all times.- Approach customers to offer advice and assistance all range of products.- Be required to accept responsibility for specific areas of the store to include maintain upkeep of stock availability.- Event counting - counting current stock against balance required.- Promotion changeover, working to ensure deadline is met within strict time limits.- Setting up new store promotions within Company Guidelines and Procedure.- Reading from a computer printout to ensure that correct price tags are placed in correct areas in line with product asper the Company's Guidelines and Procedures.- Stocktaking - to be able to identify the physical stock against a computer printout.- Maintain excellent levels of housekeeping in the store, warehouse and staff room to include cleaning shelves andfixtures and sweeping and cleaning floors.- Any other reasonable duties as requested by the manager.Previous retail experience would be a real advantage but is not essential ifyou are a confident communicator with a passion for our products.Location: Surrey
