Reporting into the Sales & Admissions Support Manager, the main aim of this role is to ensure all users of the Sales and Admissions system have access via phone/email to high quality support for any problems they may experience, resolving problems where possible and directing those that require additional support to the appropriate body.Candidates must have knowledge of Overview, Omnisale, Text Editing packages (Notepad\WordPad\DOS Edit), Oracle Forms, Overview exports, basic networking procedures and a basic knowledge of standard IT fault diagnosis techniques.
