The Role:Working within a call centre you will be responsible for telemarketing this great companies products of unsecuredpersonal loans and related payment protection insurance.A large feature of this role is acheiving sales targets, but maintaining longer term customer satisfaction is just asimportant.The advisor must also ensure that each customers needs and demands are met under the FSA regulatory requirements.Overview of the role:SALES: New and existing customers requiring additional fundsRETENTIONS: Customers requesting a settlement figure, continued insurance policies and lead generation for other productsoffered by the companyOUTBOUND: Contacting customers who have not taken payment protection when applying over the internet and also to promotethe related payment protection policies. To chase up any outstanding documents not yet sent back from customers forapproval.Shifts based on a rota pattern any hours betweenMon - Fri 08:00 - 21:00, SAT 09:00 - 17:00 and SUN 10:00 - 16:00Part time shifts also available, Exact hours of work to be discussed after interview stage.
