Sales Advisor Inbound Commercial SME- GBP 16,000 - GBP 18,000DUTIES: Following up pending quotations. Making outbound lead generation calls in periods of slow inbound traffic. Strictly adhering to underwriting guidelines, FSA regulations and YIG procedures. Case referral to underwriters where outside guidelines. Prompt rectification errors / enquiries by underwriter. Any and all duties as requested by the management.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS OF POSITION Training & competency. Product knowledge. FSA awareness. Underwriter errors / enquiries rate. NTU rate.
