You will positionthe features of the service, convincing the client the tailored financial programme will deliver the solution theyrequire, ensuring the debt is now an affordable monthly repayment.DutiesBuilding and maintaining client relationships.Convert pre-qualified enquiries into new businessUtilising your sales ability to persuasively position the features of the serviceThe Person will ideally have previous experience in working in financial management * Time management skills * Be patient (initial enquiries can last up to 45 minutes) * Ability to meet strict deadlines and targets * Ability to manage busy workloads * Be a team player and provide additional support to the department * Be concise and efficient in the delivery of all verbal or written communication * Be empathetic with strong negotiation skills Training * 3 weeks induction training * Management development training after qualifying period Prospects * 8 separate departments provide opportunities to multi-skill/task * Opportunity to enrol on the Management * Development Programme with a view to progressing to assistant manager, team manager or departmental manager positions.
