Could it be you?We are an equal opportunities employer.Rides & Attractions Team Leader x2 - Permanent, Full-TimeThe Role Working within the Rides & Attractions Department you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of respective rides, attractions and park area. Ensuring all aspects of the Rides & Attractions Department reflect the highest standard of safety, guest care, cleanliness and teamwork through effective leadership and development.Main areas of responsibility will include:- * Leading a team of Cast Members, including the recruitment and training of the immediate team. * Allocating appropriate tasks to cast members, ensuring all safety practices are adhered to and operational requirements are completed prior to opening and after park close. * Walking the Park area on a daily basis ensuring all positions are covered, all rides are running effeciently, and all signage is displaying correct information. * Attending ride breakdowns and other park incidents, as required, ensuring correct guidelines are followed. * Maintaing all departmental and company administration processes. * Enforcing Health and Safety policies and procedures. Based at Chessington World of Adventures you will work 5 days out of 7, however, working hours will be flexible and include weekends, bank holidays and evenings. Flexibility is required to meet the business needs. Qualifications/Experiencce Required * A good standard of education * At least 1 years experience working within a customer-focused environment. * Excellent communication and motivation skills * Operational Ride knowledge would be advantageous * Plenty of enthusiasm and energy to shine in this "hands-on" role.
