RF Satellite Product Support SpecialistOur client, a international leader in the microwave radio, digital wireless and satellite industry requires a proactiveand customer focused RF Specialist to support their products on a global basis. Full training will be provided on theirsatellite and RF systems.This will involve supporting products/customers from the UK base and travelling to any area of the world at short noticeto provide customers with direct assistance.You will take part in the product / system installation, commissioning and training to meet full customer acceptance.You will be the face and first post-sales point of contact for clients and so will be responsible for customer relationsand promoting our clients Communications Products and Services. You will also be involved assisting the RF andElectronics Engineers with the preparation of communications systems.Skills & Experience Required:Good knowledge of RF or Satellite communicationsExperience with SNG/ENGStrong component level Analogue and Digital electronics experienceExcellent Customer Care Awareness;Ability to manage and conclude customer situations;Previous CS experience;Physically fit and well presented.Our client offers a excellent package and competitive salary based on experience.Please send CVs to Jobs at Twinserve.com
