Their products are at the state of the art of current antenna design (forportable mobile terminals) and the company is experiencing extremely rapid sales growth throughout the internationalmarketplace.Continuing success and growth means they are seeking a Product Engineer, who, working closely with Design Engineers,Process Engineers & Technicians will ensure the availability of product data and information required for successfulintroduction into production of new products.The main responsibilities of the position will be to: collect and analyse new product characterisation data and yield data to ensure these are in line with requirements forproduction ramp monitor yields of existing products to ensure yields are optimised where necessary, initiate yield enhancement measures and lead cross functional teams for yield improvement develop means for automated data capture set up gold standards and ensure all calibration and maintenance work is undertaken in a timely mannerApplicants should ideally have a good understanding of RF and be comfortable setting up and using network and spectrumanalysers.
