Description:

Specifically this role will have responsibility for ensuring: Weekly Retail reports are produced and issued in a timely manner To prepare and report on designated key cost lines, ensuring the business understands the spends and to assist inidentifying savings. Produce rationales for key decisions regarding lease renewals of branches. Assist in resolving financial queries and ad hoc cost reporting. Build close working relationship with the Property Management team. Proactively identify potential problems or savings within Branch cost lines and work with other business areas toaddress these. Work with Turnaround Division to produce value added reports and drive performance in Branches.
