In particular, you will review operational procedures, control stocktaking, compile new menus and pricing policies and ensure adherence with Health & Safety regulations, demanding impressive commercial acumen as well as outstanding leadership ability.Five years' experience within a high volume restaurant or food service establishment is a must, and you will hold an HND or equivalent qualification in Business or Hospitality & Catering. Equally importantly, you'll bring proven ability to train and develop others, exceed customers' expectations every day and work a wide range of shifts across a seven day pattern.Alton Towers is situated in Staffordshire, between Stoke-on-Trent and Derby.
