The purpose of the role is todetermine resource and space requirements for all teams dealing with customer contacts (pre-sales, sales, post-sales andcustomer relationship management), ensuring the shifts are aligned to customer demand and commercially viable, meetingservice standards and excellent service.Key duties will include: Managing and developing a team of Forecasting and Planning Analysts Constantly monitor and propose effective shift patterns to match business requirements Make recruitment recommendations Identify and pro-actively mange changes to shift patterns Deliver effective and accurate management reports Actively manage and develop the Workforce Management toolTo apply for this role you will have expert skills in a Workforce Management tool, excellent Excel skills for modellingand scenario planning, knowledge of ACD Telephony and experience in multi-skilled, multi-site Customer Centres.
