Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UKs leading group of companies. The purpose of the role is todetermine resource and space requirements for all teams dealing with customer contacts (pre-sales, sales, post-sales andcustomer relationship management), ensuring the shifts are aligned to customer demand and commercially viable, meetingservice standards and excellent service.Key duties will include: Managing and developing a team of Forecasting and Planning Analysts Constantly monitor and propose effective shift patterns to match business requirements Make recruitment recommendations Identify and pro-actively mange changes to shift patterns Deliver effective and accurate management reports Actively manage and develop the Workforce Management toolTo apply for this role you will have expert skills in a Workforce Management tool, excellent Excel skills for modellingand scenario planning, knowledge of ACD Telephony and experience in multi-skilled, multi-site Customer Centres.
